Vehicle Delivery in Airports

Free delivery service to the South-Reina Sofia de 09:00 to 19:45. The nighttime deliveries between 19:30 a 08:50 include a surcharge, which is already included in the displayed price of the website

For delivery to the Tenerife North Airport, there will be a surcharge of 25 € of the total price in case of delay, that means when the customer arrives after 19:30 clock at the meeting point.

• Delivery Reina Sofia Airport have an extra 30€. Our prices include all local taxes (13% IGIC).

Hotel Pick-up Service

We also have offices in more than 35 hotels (see our section offices).

Full comprehensive insurance without own risk

Full comprehensive insurance without own risk, except for special vehicles, convertibles, luxury cars, additional vehicle accessories, rental to companies and long-term rentals.

• The minimum age to rent is 24 years and 2 years of license.
• The insurance without own risk does not include: broken windows, lost keys and tire damage.

Roadside Assistance

Service 24 hours Free roadside assistance in case of failure. We have offices in major cities of Tenerife, being always near you when you need it most.

Payment and Rental Conditions
 

• Each additional driver fee is 6€ for the entire rent.
• For reservations, we do not need data from credit cards except in August, to Christmas, Easter and for deliveries to the north airport.
• A 100 € deposit by credit card is required to be collected at time of rental, to be taken at the time of rental and will be returned once delivered the vehicle.
  
  If you return the vehicle in one of our offices, you can get the deposit refunded
• In order to prevent credit card fraud attempts (Nombre de la empresa: Viajes Niza, Vallecid, ...) may request proof of identity of the person making the reservation and to check that the payment mean (card credit / debit card or paypal) belongs to one of the persons included in the booking, or if the payment is made by a third person, (Nombre de la empresa: Viajes Niza, Vallecid, ...) may ask for his/her compliance with such payment, and for the certification of the ownership of the mean of payment used. In the event that any of the above verifications is not satisfactory (company Name) may cancel the reservation immediately. Likewise, if any of the booking data supplied is proved to be inaccurate or false, (company name) will cancel your reservation
